Chelsea Design and Construction helped breathe new life into this San Marino home by tackling an interior kitchen and master bathroom remodel, as well as renovating the rear façade of the home, including new windows and new trellises to activate the exterior spaces. The interior spaces felt disconnected from the home, in both circulation and style. The Chelsea Team worked hard to keep the integrity of the existing home by using traditional materials in modern ways to ensure the spaces were unique and timeless. With attention to matching custom wood doors and windows, seamlessly blending in flooring into adjoining spaces, and taking advantage of the homes soaring roof heights, these spaces are now what they always should have been.
